Are you sign in with your gmail id in your device. If not then frist sign in.

1. Frist go to contact.

2. Select option.

3. Select import export. In New Samsung Devices it show under contact/setting/contact

4. Select Export to Storage. Samsung devices will ask you to save internal or external sdcard, Select where you want to save.

5. After finish exporting select import from storage. Or select option where you export your contact.

6. Now device will ask you to where you want to save In phone or sync with Google.
