Samsung Galaxy J2 Network Problem solution..
Samsung Recently launch a low budget smartphone GALAXY J2. The is really good. This is samsung's cheapest 4G phone. Samsung also launch his UDS feature with this smartphone.
But all new Samsung Galaxy J2 customers facing Network Problem. Customers are facing problem on call and data. I don't know How Samsung can done this type of Mistake.. But don't worry you have purchased a Samsung Smartphone. Samsung is really sensitive for their Customers. Don't try think so that Samsung replace your phone with new one. Samsung is smart also.
So we are coming On topic. To solve this Network issue you have to update your Galaxy J2.Samsung provide a 65MB update to solve Galaxy J2 network issue.
To update your Device Go to
Setting-- About device-- Software update-- Update
After follow these step your device will download a 65MB file. And after this you will see a install option as well info about update. So click on Install Your device will be rebooted and your problem will be fixed.

tried the software update option several times but it keeps stating, "Latest updates already installed". Network issue still persists.

Deleteupdat and so many times restart my phone but problems not solve. If i so many times doing like this my phone ll death. The main problem coming when i change network provider eg. Change network provider from sim1 to sim2

ReplyDeleteIt is a Firmware issue, I had to go back to my previous firmware to resolve the problem. Samsung issued new Firmware a month later to fix the problem.
ReplyDeleteCheck firmware build number in 'Settings >> about Device'.
Update may not yet be available Over The Air (OTA) in your current location.
Check link below to see if a newer firmware version is available (This site is not run by Samsung).
If you're adventurous follow the instructions for updating your phone, your warranty will not be invalidated as it is official Samsung firmware. (after update to to - Settings >> About Device >> status, it will show 'Device Status' as official)
